We're working to raise awareness and understanding of
Oklahoma City's wildlife and the ecosystems that sustain us all.

Mission:

The Wildways Project is dedicated to engagement and positive action to protect biodiversity in Oklahoma City. Through advocacy, public outreach, and creative intervention, we work to promote the coexistence of people and wildlife.

Our work:

Advocate for an inclusive, integrated approach to natural resources policy and planning at the local and state level.

Through partnerships and community outreach, raise awareness of native wildlife and the ecosystems that sustain them, and us.

Engage with communities and schools to provide learning opportunities for adults and children, empowering them to become better, more knowledgeable stewards of our land and water.

Facilitate and promote public art to raise awareness of local wildlife and ecosystems, and to foster a vivid sense of place in Oklahoma City.
